I was looking to get new flooring and paint completed for my dining room. I was initially worried about the cost but 7&7 came out promptly for the estimate, was clear and quick with their estimate, explained everything perfectly and answered all of our questions. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable. They were able to start within a week with easy to follow directions on how we should prepare for their arrival, which was super helpful! Nery and his crew took care to put down floor coverings and plastic to protect surfaces and cabinets, worked diligently and were a joy to have in our home. The end result is amazing and I couldn't be happier. So happy in fact, I'll be having them do the same in my kitchen very soon. Would definitely recommend to anyone. ~ Stephanie B

This company is absolutely fantastic. They are extremely professional, very communicative, and do gorgeous work. They have completed both interior and exterior projects for me at two different properties. One property included painting shutters, bay window overhangs, installation of crown molding, and ceiling paint. Today they just finished another project for me at our new house where they painted our two story foyer, trim, doors, stairs down to the basement, and ceiling. They professionally draped everything prior to the start of the project and cleaned up beautifully at the end as well. We had three different companies come give us quotes and their prices were less than HALF of what the other companies were charging. Nery and his team were phenomenal to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their space. His team renovated my laundry room and enhanced the aesthetics of my living room by building floating shelves and Designing an accent wall to spruce up the look of the space. There are contractors and there are contractors. Nery and his crew of 7&7 stand out from all the rest and then some. Attention to detail and addressing all concerns to our satisfaction are just a couple of reasons why. The crew was polite, timely and hardworking. By the time our aluminum siding was painted, front door stained and patio was power washed, it was if we had a new house. The adage that you get what you pay for holds true in this case. Perhaps you’ll get a lower estimate but remember, quality is remembered long after price is forgotten. I highly recommend this team. ~ alan w

The work was great and they went above and beyond to address anything we asked (and even helped with some additional things without question). Love these guys! They helped us get our house ready for sale and their work is beautiful and well-finished. They even went above and beyond and touched up some things we didn't explicitly ask for. They fixed our exterior door frames, painted the doors, patched up some areas inside and outside, power washed our house, re did our floors downstairs and painted our baseboards. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nery and his crew; we had a previous contractor come in first and not only botched the job but didn’t finish despite weeks of work, and Nery’s team came in and fixed everything in 4 days. Drywalled our ceilings and painted two interior rooms. We have a historic house that is not easy to work on. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very professional. I looked for a contractor that could replace my drywall and hang a ceiling fan along with the wiring for months. I called 7&7 contracting and left a voicemail and within a half hour Nery the owner called me back. He sent me an estimate for everything that same day and by the next day we had scheduled the day for him and his guys to do the work. Nery and his crew did a fantastic job repairing and staining my deck. He came to give an estimate very quickly, the estimate was extremely competitive, and they were able to get me on the schedule much faster than I expected. Exceeding my expectations! Nery and his men made my deck look brand new. The prior owners of the home stained the deck and within a few months the stain was washed away. 7&7 contractors came in and completed the job in one day and thoroughly sanded and prepped and painted my deck. It looks amazing and they even painted my gate door and unit cover which was the same wood. It looks phenomenal I will be using them again! ~ Shauna A

I had acoustical tile ceilings removed and drywall installed and painted. A second project was having textured walls sanded and walls and trim painted. The crew arrived when scheduled and work was completed when expected. The workmanship was excellent and rooms were left clean with debris removed. Nery and his team recently completed an interior renovation project at our local library. We had them remove existing shelving, build out the walls, paint, and install new metal shelving.
